Our process begins with deep, meaningful engagement—spending weeks or months getting to know the people we aim to help. By listening to their stories, understanding their challenges, and identifying their goals, we ensure that our interventions are not just effective but also deeply relevant. Once we’ve mapped out the needs of a community, we recruit and deploy volunteers who are specifically equipped to address those needs, drawing from a global network of volunteers.
