Our parent organization Africa to Silicon Valley (A2SV.org) is a world-class education program backed by Google. Many of our developers have taken roles at Google, Bloomberg, Databricks, LinkedIn, Amazon, and others. After completion of the A2SV program, graduates are immediately ready to work and contribute. The Eskalate platform serves as a gateway for our graduates to showcase their skills and expertise while providing companies access to a diverse pool of Google-quality engineering talent.
