We exist to advance the health, welfare, and prosperity of the nation and our posterity by inspiring, empowering, and affirming the ability of all citizens to thrive as American public sector leaders at the nexus of business, government, and society — with a particular focus on aspiring and emerging leaders from marginalized (e.g. low-income, rural, minority, etc.) backgrounds. We imagine, design, build, launch, and scale alternative career pathways, talent management systems, and workforce development solutions which connect the next generation of American public sector leaders to United States government departments, agencies, and partners at the nexus of business, government, and society.
