About The Full Freezer
The Full Freezer helps home cooks to reduce their food waste (and in turn save time and money), by teaching them how to freeze food at home. This is not batch cooking (although we do love batch cooking!), this is the practice of freezing individual ingredients before they have the chance to go to waste. We educate home cooks as to what they can freeze, how to freeze it, how to store it and how to cook it after freezing.
