The Global Human Rights Commission (GHRC) is an independent, nonpartisan human rights research institute structured for strategic enforcement. GHRC operates as a multi-division intelligence body focused on the identification, documentation, and disruption of human rights violations. We execute our mandate with the precision of a civilian intelligence agency and the clarity of a mission-driven institution. 🔹 Mandate To produce verified, open-source human rights intelligence that informs civilian protection, policy response, and systemic accountability. 🔹 Organizational Structure GHRC is composed of six operational divisions designed for maximum efficiency and impact: OHRI – Office of Human Rights Intelligence & Research Directs field intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting to inform global human rights policy and enforcement decisions. DAPA – Directorate of Advocacy & Public Affairs Manages public communication, strategic partnerships, and advocacy efforts to ensure visibility and support for GHRC’s findings and initiatives. BHOPI – Bureau of Humanitarian Operations & Program Implementation Oversees global humanitarian projects and ensures operational readiness of GHRC’s mission-driven programs. PEAC – Policy Enforcement & Accountability Commission Works directly with international authorities to implement GHRC’s recommendations and strategic reports. OSFRA – Office of Strategic Funding & Resource Allocation Allocates resources and manages investments for GHRC’s operational and field programs.
