The Giving Wall

At a moment's notice a person's life can dramatically change because of immobility instigated by a car repair they can't afford, a sick child who needs medical care that pulls resources from the household, or the inability to pay for the certification needed to take a new (better paying) job. Too often needs like these entrap smart, hardworking people in a cycle of poverty – without a clear way out. The Giving Wall makes progress possible for hardworking people living beneath the poverty line, by connecting their unique and urgent needs to members of our community who want to help. What work do we welcome? Community engagement is our goal. We get there by journeying through a number of different paths, often simultaneously. Who actually is one? We like the word, experience -- and we have loads of it.
