The Good Glow was established in 2018 by our founder Georgie Crawford. Georgie was diagnosed with Breast Cancer aged 32, seven months after giving birth to her first child. Unaware that breast cancer could impact younger women, Georgie decided to share her entire cancer journey on Instagram, with the goal being to make young women more breast aware and to practice good self care. Her story resonated with so many that she started to get hundreds of positive messages of support and inspirational stories from people across the world which really inspired her recovery. It was this support that sparked the decision to create The Good Glow podcast, a place that people can share their stories of inspiration and overcoming adversity in order to help others. The Good Glow has now evolved into 2 separate podcasts and is rapidly becoming one of Irelands leading wellness brands with The Good Glow events, corporate wellness talks and documentaries.
Our mission at The Good Glow is to create a resource that help inspire, educate and entertain our audience in a way that will help them to create improvements to their health, their selfcare practices and ultimately their lives.
