The Greater Knead started out on our gluten free bagel journey in 2012 when our Founders family members were diagnosed with Celiac Disease. From there, Michelle was committed to recreating an authentic New York Style bagel (dense and chewy with an amazing crust) to be gluten-free and top 9 allergen-friendly (and absolutely delicious) to Eat Confidently.
Today, there are twelve amazing The Greater Knead gluten free NY style bagels, three thin and crunchy bagel chip varieties, and assortment of four all-new soft baked pretzel nuggets to enjoy the nostalgia of legit delicious food as you Eat Confidently!
We wanted to build a brand around being honest and transparent about our product ingredients, and how that can positively influence other companies in the food industry. That is why we chose a brand name that empowers others and inspires change, for The Greater Knead. All ingredients are carefully chosen and all non GMO, Vegan and top 9 allergen safe. Yay!
