The HMO Platform

The HMO Platform has been designed to help landlords who want to increase their current portfolio size and profitability, whether that’s by adding to their current HMOs, introducing a new strategy, having operated within Buy to Let, or those in the trades who have seen and helped others create a portfolio from the ground up and now want to do it for themselves. Having invested in their own education, property mentors and attended regular retreats, Matt Baker and Niall Scott are considered specialists in the field of HMO and Coliving accommodation. With a wealth of knowledge to share they are perfectly positioned to help others who may lack the confidence, accountability or up-to-date knowledge in high-income HMO and Coliving strategies. Launching The HMO Platform in early 2019, Matt and Niall now run regular 3-Day Next Level HMO Trainings and monthly Mastermind groups focusing on Next Level HMOs and Coliving.
