HR NOMAD

With over 20 years of experience in human resources, organisational development, empowerment and my own start-up experience, I am passionate about empowering individuals and teams to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. As the founder of HR NOMAD, I advise and support start-ups and SMEs in the areas of Agile HR, Agile Leadership, New Work, OKR and help entrepreneurs and organisations to build and scale their businesses. I also share my knowledge and insights on how to use technology and innovation to create contemporary and digital HR environments as an online lecturer for Digital HR. I work largely remotely as a digital nomad or, by arrangement, on site as interim HR in the teams. My core competences include Executive & Leadership Training, Empowerment Coaching, Talent Sourcing, Strategic Management, New Work, Agility, OKR and Entprepreneurship. I speak German, English and Spanish and am always eager to learn new things myself, work with diverse and inspiring people and contribute to positive change in the world.
