Despite UK businesses spending an average of over £10M on wellbeing initiatives, staff wellbeing is at an all-time low. We created the Human Leader to reverse this trend. 70% of people say their managers had the same impact on their wellbeing as partners. Yet more than 80% of managers are "accidental". They have no formal management training, and little confidence in supporting team wellbeing. The Human Leader develops self-aware, confident managers who grow their people as much as they grow the bottom line.
