The Impact Lab

We are a boutique consultancy developing strategies and methodologies for multi-stakeholder participation and collaborative innovation and delivering a set of accompanying strategic services. We have experience in developing methodologies for citizen engagement processes, multi-stakeholder workshops, co-creation and innovation labs, which we typically deliver in collaboration with the Client and associated partners. We also have experience in developing impact strategies, impact evaluation frameworks, impact research, impact communication and impact reporting. In our work, we focus especially on grand challenges such as sustainability, culture, social cohesion, urban development, and technological change. We work on international, European, national, region and local assignments.
