the inners is a holistic wellness brand offering a wide range of education & services including NGH hypnotherapist training, 1 on 1 hypnotherapy, yoga class and meditation class. we are dedicated to helping participants manage their emotions and physical issues, while also helping them foster insight and creativity in life. For NGH hypnotherapist training, the inners offers 9-day professional training in small group. For 1 on 1 hypnotherapy, we offer in physical locations, Kwun Tong and Lai Chi Kok, or online. For yoga, regular classes are hold at Lai Chi Kok and Taipo. And the private classes are arranged by booking. We also have extensive experiences in hosting yoga events for corporates.
