Established in 2009, we are the original training and development firm for wealth advisors to become a Trusted Family Advisor®, one who prepares the entire client family for successful generational wealth transfer.
We do this by providing proprietary intergenerational wealth training and practical, usable tools that foster advisor confidence and inspire client conversations that include the success of the entire family. Through this process, advisors build stronger, lasting client family relationships while cultivating new ones.
Our purpose: We give wealth advisors of a certain mindset, the skillset and toolset to prepare HNW families to prosper and thrive across generations as historic amounts of wealth is being transferred from spouse to spouse, and parents to children and grandchildren (“The Great Wealth Transfer®.”) Advisors who engage us include: financial advisors, estate planning attorneys, CPAs, insurance providers, family office executives and other professional advisors, and firms, who serve HNW individuals and families.
We led the financial service industry in bringing about awareness of the gap in how, and what, wealth transfer planning advice was being delivered to HNW clients. While advisors were preparing assets for heirs, few were aware of the importance to their business growth and longevity of preparing the heirs for the assets.
