The Interim CFO

For the last 20 years, Mr. McKenzie has served as a hands-on interim CFO and restructuring advisor to PE firms, hedge funds, and family offices, and their portfolio companies to quickly restore liquidity, cash flow, and sustainable economic viability. Mike acquired the fundamental skills of the restructuring trade by founding and building Brew Pallet Co, a family office sponsored start-up that grew to over 239 employees, two locations, and over $134 million in sales, all inside of three years. The rest came from executive posts at Bankers Trust Company, EY, Accenture, and HILCO. After being inside the books of over 1,287 companies, certain patterns emerge - patterns of success and patterns of failure.
