The Intersection Network

It's time for TA to lean in and help our DEI colleagues drive the inclusion agenda forward. The Intersection Network is on a mission to create a community of Talent Acquisition Inclusion Advocates globally. We have huge ambitions to certify 500 TA Inclusion Advocates in 2024 while also building a knowledge sharing community on recruitment strategies and DEI initiatives on our discord server. Underpinned by behavioural science our 10 week online bootcamp is designed to help position TA professionals to play a leading, effective role in creating diverse and inclusive organisations globally. As a non-profit organisation our membership structure is designed to cover our costs, any surplus at the end of the financial year will be donated to a charity that our founder members will vote on.
