Founded by Thomas and Joseph in 1974, the name THEJO, was derived from that of its founders as well as because the Sanskrit word ‘thejus’…means 'radiant energy' or 'brilliance'.
As pioneers of cold vulcanized splicing of fabric ply belt conveyors and in-situ pulley lagging, from its inception, the company has established leadership in the field of conveyor maintenance for the core sector industries.
In order to support the Specialised Services being offered to clients, the company soon established state of the art manufacturing plants to complement the needs of the business. This witnessed systematic and continuous growth of THEJO in the global markets through product offering.
In 2012, Thejo created history by becoming the first company to be listed in the SME platform of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), a new exciting platform for small and medium sized companies with high growth potential.
