The Kindness Objective (TKO) is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to combatting bullying and cruelty in schools, workplaces and communites, by promoting love and empathy. Each individual in need, whether human or animal, presents an opportunity to contribute to a kinder, safer world.
We firmly believe in instilling empathy and compassion through hands-on experiences, recognizing that words without action, are just words.
Our acronym, TKO originates from the concept of a technical knock out in boxing. This reflects our dedication to kindness, while also recognizing the importance of self-respect and standing up for yourself and others.
Too often, children lack opportunities to experience the joy of giving, assisting others, or expressing love and compassion. To truly cultivate empathy and compassion, children must actively practice these virtues. This is where TKO 'Kids' comes in. Through workshops, seminars, events and activities, children are able to put empathy into action!
TKO 'Corporate' confronts workplace toxicity and bullying head-on. Employing various impartial methods, TKO accurately evaluates the health of an organization's workplace culture, and provides valuable insights and strategies for improvement, including options for workshops.
