THE KOMPANY UW

THE KOMPANY is an official Registered Student Organization of the University of Washington acting as UW's first and only K-Pop dance company. The goal of the group is to provide learning opportunities for those interested in K-Pop and dance, as well as to produce high quality dance cover videos and performances. THE KOMPANY comprises three teams: the Officer Team, Dance Team, and Kreative Team. The Officer Team works internally with its officers to make decisions for the organization's events and online marketing, as well as externally with the university's administration and other partner organizations. The Dance Team learns and practices K-Pop dances in preparation for dance cover filmings and live performances. The Kreative Team works on cover projects in filming, photographing, styling, and post-production editing. The Officer Team and Kreative Team members are selected through an application selection while Dance Team members are selected through an audition process.
