I have cultivated a powerful network of mentorship and support to equip emerging leaders as they aspire to get the job as well as in making a graceful exit. I provide organizational analysis tools; systems change strategies; and board cultivation techniques. The LADDER LEADERSHIP APPROACH empowers architects of change to nurture collective solidarity towards the creation of a better world one non-profit at a time.
