We are psychotherapy charity, centering physical disability & neuro-divergence in our service offering.
Founded by Dr. Lisa Greenspan in 2021, we are driven to make psychotherapy accessible, affective & fit-for-purpose - removing barriers to entry by making services affordable and obtainable for the communities we serve.
We make our services accessible by -
● Choosing physically accessible locations for in-person psychotherapy
● Making our services low-cost or free to the end-user
● Offering an open-ended therapy model
● Providing online individual psychotherapy, group mindfulness & mindful movement groups
● Allowing anyone to make a referral to the service
