JOB DESCRIPTION: We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Representative! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answering Outbound calls from customers and providing assistance with their inquiries and concerns. * Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. * Updating customer information in the database and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. * Providing product or service information to customer and promoting the company's offerings. * Meeting or exceeding daily or weekly call quotas and customer service targets. * Following scripts and call guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service provided. * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowlegde of product, service and processes. QUALIFICATION: * Matric passed * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism. * Previous call center or customer service experience may be preferred but not always required. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
