The Lodge Space is a Studio & Wellness Hub offering yoga & fitness classes, holistic treatments and a healthy café overlooking Southwark Park. A sanctuary of healing, transformation, and wellbeing nestled in the hustle & bustle of London. Our family run business is dedicated to helping you connect with your inner self, rejuvenate your body, and nourish your mind. We believe that healing is a journey, and we are here to support you every step of the way.We have a yoga and fitness studio offering classes every day of the week between the hours of 7am - 9pm. Our Health Café is open daily between the hours of 8am - 5pm, with availability for beverage and snack options until 9pm.
