The Mad Cow Project was formed in 2017 by a group of Australian-based private and public sector professionals who were keen to use their corporate skills to re-imagine how forgotten, maligned or disused assets are valued and harnessed within developing communities.
We provide a platform for thoughts to be challenged and for new ways of tackling old problems to emerge. We do this by forming diverse teams, supporting them with experienced mentors, and introducing them to successful NGO partners and communities who are keen to start a conversation.
Our members see, listen to, talk with, and experience the lives of a developing community to deeply understand their desires and problems. Our members are given the support to engage in their own areas of interest. Our members have the opportunity to make a difference in a wide range of areas that include: business development, animal welfare, environmental outcomes, peace and reconciliation, gender outcomes, refugee issues, capacity building, social infrastructure and tourism.
We are on the look out for people who are curious, care and that are up for a challenge. If you have skills and experience in economics, finance, marketing and business, we are keen to hear from you!
