“Create smart communities everywhere with collaborative resources” (1) To reach out to existing makers and aspiring makers, to create valuable networks facilitating collaboration, recognition, and validation. (2) Creating Smart Communities to increase the resilience, potential, and ability of; citizens, industries, and institutions. (3) In communities, create, facilitate, assist, or urge the creation of spaces such as; Makerspaces, Work-spaces, Hubs, Hackerspaces, or Fablabs. (4) To provide or obtain resources, systems, and services which enable micro manufacturing and collaborative commons to all members. (5) Promote the Makers Movement, Micro Manufacturing, Open Systems & Standards, eSTEAM’s (entrepreneurship, science, technology, engineering, arts, and maths), and Collaborative Commons. (6) To recognize that the safety of our staff, members & guests is paramount, both physical and emotional.
