As the founder of Sublime Wellness, Suzanne Goldston elevates productivity while promoting vibrant health and serenity. She believes that wellness is an inside job and that addressing all levels of our experience creates balance and allows us to live life fully and freely. Suzanne’s holistic approach reinvigorates mind, body and spirit through yoga, meditation, Ayurveda and Reiki to release clients from negative situations or behaviors. Suzanne has a well-deserved reputation as an intuitive, perceptive mentor and “natural-born teacher” who truly “walks the walk” by personifying the concepts she teaches in her daily life. She is living proof that holistic wellness can transform lives. Suzanne’s earliest experience includes working in traffic, programming and creative content for Channel 4 and Channel 2 in Charleston, and in publishing/marketing with Town Planner calendars. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Literature and Communications from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. Today, Suzanne’s focus is on sharing her extensive knowledge of highly respected holistic wellness strategies. She coaches clients one-on-one and leads group classes, retreats and workshops in addition to training and certifying yoga teachers and Reiki energy healers. Whether she’s leading yoga classes in a relaxing, luxurious day spa or teaching corporate executives to reduce stress through meditation, Suzanne enables clients to make healthy choices, overcome obstacles and attain their full potential.
