Assigned leadership role in 2015 and Transformed Starcom (INR 100 crs in 2014 to 1800 crs in 2018) By 2018, Starcom North became The Largest Media agency in North India For the very first time Starcom India became “Starcom office of the year” out of 90 countries & 109 offices globally Despite Starcom being a global agency, Starcom North had 95% businesses were indigenous. Dabur, OPPO, Hero, realme, Luminous, Lenskart, Mars, Citibank, Ola, Sun Pharma were the major media business. Locally pitched and won some of the largest business-like Dabur, Hero MotoCorp, OPPO, OLA, Lenskart, Make My Trip etc. In 2018, he was featured in Impact- 40 under 40 in APAC Few iconic campaigns- Save the Tiger for Aircel, invented Dabur Parivar on Star Plus, OLA drives safe during pandemic, Immune India campaign for Dabur during pandemic.
