Frontiers Media generated a study to assess Mindfulness Training and they found that such training was very effective reducing stress and burnout.
According a study at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, Mindfulness training enhanced both their staff’s creativity and problem solving skills in the workplace. And finally, A study published in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine showed that 89 employees of the Dow Chemical Company, who practiced meditation reduced stress and became more resilient overall.
