Now focused on teaching Mindful Meditation, I endeavor to impart on the others the value of a daily meditation practice. Certified and with more than 50 years of my own meditation practice, I teach how meditation can relieve suffering,i.e. anxiety, stress, worry, depression and self-doubt to generate a life of emotional and physical well-being, productivity, creativity and joy. Although I remain President of Double RR Studios and Production in Sherman Oaks/Los Angeles, Ca. (formerly Famous Radio Ranch) Double RR which provides recording, editing, and mixing for radio commercials, video games, the web, and audio books. Former President of the Award-Winning FAMOUS RADIO RANCH, a radio commercial production company founded by Dick Orkin.Sandy is also a voiceover actor who narrates audiobooks and has narrated many TV Shows such as Biography on A&E, The Civil War Journal on the History Channel, and numerous other documentary features on various cable networks.His earlier years included stints as a dj, news director, and program director at various radio stations including WKOK in Sunbury, PA. WIOO, Carlisle, and WKBO in Harrisburg, Pa.AND Oh Yeah....Culinary School in LA!Specialties: Teaching meditation, leading grief support groups, and of course, Radio - radio commercial and program production.
