The Multicultural Insights Collective

The Multicultural Insights Collective is a diverse collaborative of business owners and research experts who believe deeply that representation and equity are critical business imperatives that require discipline, education, and knowledge-based action. We joined together in June 2020 to launch Voices of Equity, a research and professional development initiative to support diversity, equity, inclusion, and representation in corporate and non-profit organizations. In 2021-2022, we launched Words Matter, a comprehensive research initiative to highlight best practices in the language of DEI. In 2023, our research focused on perceptions of Generative AI across different demographic cohorts, to assess the impact of AI on communities.
