The Mindful Life Group CIC

The Mindful Life Group CIC was established to empower individuals and communities through innovative public health interventions, emphasising mindfulness-based approaches for holistic well-being. Our focus lies in designing, developing, and implementing initiatives to bridge healthcare disparities, while concurrently nurturing and guiding individuals to advance their healthcare careers. Committed to inclusivity, sustainability, and evidence-based practice, we strive to foster positive change and contribute to a healthier society. We have been delivering courses under Gatehouse Charity since 2020, and with Gatehouse's support we recently moved to our own CIC to expand and develop both our organisation and the programs that we deliver.
