The Mint was founded in 2023. It is a 10-11-week, in-person, structured “choose your own adventure” program. With resources curated for each company in the cohort, we offer a weekly focus on things core to company building, such as product, GTM, and building a killer team.
Each week, we offer cohort-wide talks, learning sessions, fireside chats, office hours…and working IRL with mentors + the BTV team. Within this structure, we encourage founders to take what they need; we make sure their time is spent on whatever their biz needs most that day.
