Welcome to The Modern Gentry A custom tailoring experience in Brisbane CBD. What can we make for you? Since 1999, we have been altering and mending high-end clothing at our neighbouring workroom The Fitting Room on Edward . But we wanted to do more, because we know that many alterations can be avoided with the right initial construction, fabric and tailoring… And that’s why The Modern Gentry was born. In a completely personalised process, you design your very own custom suit with help from a team that has more than two decades of tailoring experience.
