The Mum Friend

It is The Mum Friend mission to be a friend to all mums and help mums-to-be feel more confident and totally empowered during pregnancy, birth and after. It is our mission to spread the word on Hypnobirthing and to help others have a positive birth experience. We offer bespoke Antenatal Hypnobirthing courses designed to give all mums-to-be more knowledge, learn visualisation and breathing techniques, understand birth rights and to create a birth plan.
