My approach is always ‘define the issue(s) or problem(s), factor the steps to overcome those issues and problems, then obtain bottom line positive results. Those solutions include application of experience, skills and knowledge, to create the solution. Therefore, I’m a Business Solutions Consultant asserting solutions to overcome issues of conflict and / or financial challenges. His extensive experience is complimented by a solid educational foundation with University degree from the University of California, law background from Concord Law School, multiple extension courses in finance, real estate, construction, and a ‘PHB’ from the University of Hard knocks.
