Theo: Prayer & Meditation

Theo is a prayer and meditation app designed to help parents guide their children in growing in faith, connecting with God, and living in love and peace through Jesus' teachings. Theo (from the Greek Theos, meaning “God”) offers meditations based on the Word of God, devotionals, prayers, and stories that illustrate the teachings of Sacred Scripture. All content is designed to offer an experience rooted in the Catholic faith and deepen the Tradition of the Church through contemplation, the lives of the saints, traditional prayers, and other treasures of Christian heritage. For families who are not Catholic, the app gives parents the option to only select content that allows them to share biblical passages and reflections grounded in the broader Christian tradition—without conflicting with Catholic doctrine. Theo makes it easy for all Christian families to access faith-based content for their children, whether or not they are Catholic.
