# Develop and define project goals & objectives. # Development of baseline schedule and support Project Manager (PM) in Integrated Baseline Review (IBR). # Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team members. # Monitor and analyze project success using quantitative tools. # Recommend modifications to improve timing and resources to attain project milestones. # Oversee schedules, risk management plans, and provide deviations warnings that may hinder project results. # Respond to changes in work scope and the effect on the project plan, by taking appropriate planning measures to reassess, renegotiate and amend the plan accordingly. # Convey required project data and information to project teams. # Gather actual data, update project schedule, and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team. # Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports for management.
