THEO's is a new brand of plant-based foods that highlights organic vegetables, starting with BEET Jerky. Using techniques Theo learned in Michelin Star farm-to-table kitchens, THEO's is cheffing up new veggie-forward foods that deliver on both amazing flavor and superfood nutrition.
Each batch of BEET jerky supports regenerative-organic vegetable farmers, reduces food waste by upcycling the peel & stem of beets, and comes in a compostable package! So far we have saved over 6,000 lb of beets from going to waste and have shared over 50,000 servings of organic superfood vegetables!
