welcome to the other archive – a woman-led design studio where two creative visions come together to create unique and impactful projects. Founded by Amelie Poxleitner and Christine Fischer, who hold degrees in Product Design and Communication Design, the studio blends solid expertise with a dynamic and modern approach to design. the other archive is more than just a place for design; it acts as a creative hub where strategy, concept, and design seamlessly come together. The combination of the founders’ strong academic backgrounds and diverse professional experience empowers them to create projects that are not only visually appealing but also thoughtfully conceptualized and strategically planned. Their work draws from a vast archive of references, ideas, and inspirations that serve as the basis for every new project. With their strong curiosity and passion for research, developed during their studies at the Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design, and the creative circle they have built, they are able to design visionary projects. The concept of the other archive is based on the idea that every creative work exists within an endless space of references, memories, and inspirations. This imaginary library not only preserves past influences and ideas but also serves as an endless source for future creations.
