Our yurts come in 3 sizes — 20, 24 and 32 feet diameter — and can be a fantastic addition to your resort, your farm or even your backyard! For resorts, our yurts are a way more luxurious option to luxury-tents or Swiss cottage tents. And a way more sustainable option to conventional construction.
Our yurts are semi-permanent structures and can be installed in a whole lot of locations where conventional construction is regulated. The fact that our yurts can be installed in 72 working hours, with minimal disturbance ensures that the functioning of your resort is not interrupted or your guests disturbed.
Our yurts have been put through FEA (finite element analysis) tests for wind-resistance and other conditions and can resist 240kmph winds. They are also waterproof and pest-proof and have been installed in both tropical jungles and in extremely rainy areas like Cherrapunji. The Out Factory is always looking for partners (and friends) who are interested in sustainable tiny-home ideas and innovation and creativity in that space.
