PARENTED

Inspired by the invaluable personal experience at Amma Parenting, this idea stemmed from a few passions of mine...learning, helping people find their people (when they need it the most) and raising good humans. PARENTED is designed for parents of school age tweens/teens to learn from trained parent educators and each other while having the opportunity to build connections and relationships bonded by a shared experience. PARENTED offers parenting education classes and access to parenting coaches. We primarily offer in-person parenting classes in the Twin Cities with some virtual offerings. Topics include: -Managing screen time/ social media -Picky eating -Parenting through the middle school years -Raising a teenager -Raising girls with confidence -Parenting a difficult child -Simplifying consequences -Supporting anxious kids -Parenting neurodiverse kids Check out theparented.com for more details!
