About PATCH (Providers And Teens Communicating for Health)
PATCH stands for Providers and Teens Communicating for Health. We are a group of youth and adults working to improve the health and well being teens. Because THEY are the experts. Initially founded as a community-based pilot program, PATCH now has a team of adults who help support the implementation of its youth engagement programs throughout Wisconsin. PATCH also provides mentorship, technical assistance, resources, and expertise to others across the nation seeking to engage youth in their work and/or replicate PATCH’s programming in their locality.
