A little about the company... The Pet Sitting Co., LLC is designed to be the premier pet care service company in Abu Dhabi. It offers a full range of services to pets and their owners: pet sitting and dog walking, training, and transport both domestically and internationally, with a focus on the care of pets in their own homes. Company Goals and Objectives We believe that careful planning, measured growth, and strategic management have to be at the core of everything we do. We seek out the best in international best practices to promote smooth operation and customer satisfaction, growing organically by word of mouth and reputation. We believe that loyalty between the company and it’s customers is our most important achievement. To measure this, we examine carefully our customer satisfaction feedback as well as the client lifecycle. Business Philosophy Our philosophy is simple… care for other people’s pets just as if they were our own, without compromise. Our Story The Pet Sitting Co., LLC has a humble beginning. It started as a Facebook Group to connect pet owners with people to help them look after their pets while they went on holiday. Recognizing that many of the boarding and licensed pet care facilities in Abu Dhabi are fully booked in peak season, the group became a much needed resource to keep pet owners from abandoning their pets. Unfortunately, people in the group were using the group to charge for services without the appropriate licensing, insurance and training. So, the idea was born to create a company that allowed the pet sitters to act responsibly and legally. To create a collective of really good pet sitters and dog walkers who could be legal, ethical, and most importantly, accountable. We now enjoy a wide following across Abu Dhabi.
