The Plan B Foundation

The Plan B Foundation is a 501c3 organization that works with previously incarcerated individuals seeking to improve their economic status through employment. The goal of each participant should be obtaining and sustaining full time employment. The program is designed to be a labor training program so that each participant learns basic labor construction labor skills to help them begin a pathway to full time employment. Each participant of the Plan B Foundation must complete a four-week training program. The program is a combination of in the classroom work, field work, and personal assessment. Upon the completion of the program each participant will complete an exit interview and all attempts will be made to find gainful employment with one of the foundation’s partners.
