We are The Pool Boys! No, not like swimming pool boys (although we are thinking of putting out a calendar... stay tuned!). Our goal is to help companies address employee engagement and retention issues by facilitating tailor-made sports pools, and creating a unique experience that will lead your employees to become more connected and engaged in your work environment. And The Pool Boys take the traditional office pool to the extreme! Your employees with laugh, cackle, finger-point, and spit out their coffee at our creative custom content (written and video) that shouts-out and trash-talks pool participants. We also create custom awards for various achievements throughout the event, and we cap the experience off with a custom trophy/belt/ring.
