The Porterhouse Group

In 1989, Liam LaHart and his cousin, the late Oliver Hughes, were independent Irish brewers who set up the successful Porterhouse Group, which operates both nationally and internationally now including bars, restaurants, a brewery, a distillery, warehouse and distribution and a production kitchen. With over 500 people employed across the company, The Porterhouse Group boasts an exceptional team with substantial experience in the food, craft beer and spirit business. The Porterhouse Group includes: • The Porterhouse Bars - Serving craft beers from our very own brewery and spirits from our distillery in Dingle, along with some of the best craft beers from around the world at Porterhouse Temple Bar and Porterhouse Central in Dublin, Covent Garden in London and Fraunces Tavern in New York. Dingle Whiskey Bar in Dublin offers a cosy and vast selection of spirits and the newest venture to the Group is Lost Lane situated in Adam Court (off Grafton St. in Dublin) is a live music venue for established and emerging talent. • The Port House Tapas Restaurants - Traditional Spanish Tapas Bars offering a variety of Basque Pintxos and Tapas along with an eclectic list of wines, ports and sherries. Select ports served straight from the cask, located at South William St., Eustace St. and Dundrum in Ireland and Covent Garden in London. • The Porterhouse Brewery - located at our new state of the art premises in Glasnevin, is where we produce and export our staple craft beers along with special releases, with a number of awards received throughout the years for our creations. • Dingle Distillery - an award-winning artisan distillery located along the Wild Atlantic Way, producing some of the finest gin, vodka and whiskies. • Grand Cru Beers - distributes the best brews from home and abroad in our cold store warehouse for that brewery fresh taste. • Applecrumble & Fish - is our production kitchen where our culinary team produce a vast array of products.
