We advise contractors, funders and public sector entities – so we understand the competing interests of the parties and we provide balanced solutions. We focus on value creation by optimising commercial arrangements. Our level of involvement will always depend on your specific requirements. Some clients require us to resource, lead and manage a bid response team, funder due diligence exercise or in-life operational team. Others require discrete elements of technical advice, financial modelling support, or interim staffing resource. We are deliberately geared to be able to engage with a project at any stage of its development. So, it does not matter that we have not been involved since the start or that you do not require the full spread of our service offering.
