The Performing Arts Center, Purchase College (The Purchase PAC) is a four-theatre complex located on the campus of Purchase College, SUNY, just 30 miles north of NYC. For more than 40 years, The Purchase PAC has been the hub of a creative community that brings together internationally acclaimed artists and rising stars, creative practitioners, civic and academic leaders, community activists, and an inspirational array of loyal patrons, volunteers, and friends who recognize the power of investing in the performing arts to spark creativity and connection. Facility Rentals The Purchase PAC's facility rental business focuses on providing space and professional support to film and TV shoots, technical rehearsals, musical recordings, promoters, and community events. Professional Presenting Season We are the major professional, non-profit arts presenter in the Southeastern New York / Southwestern Connecticut region. Each season, The Purchase PAC presents a broad range of world-class performances by professional artists, offering music, dance, theatre, family programming, comedy, and film. Ongoing initiatives also encompass artist partnerships, residency activities, and commissions. We support revitalizing efforts in the community to make the arts more accessible to broad and diverse audiences. Purchase College The Purchase PAC has an active and collaborative relationship with Purchase College and the campus community, hosting performances for the Conservatories of Music, Dance, and Theatre Arts. Purchase College students can take advantage of master classes, on-site training, internships, job opportunities, and ticket discounts.
