We will not sell something that does not do the job, and we will not run away from something if it is not right. We advertise directly to end user's in condition specific publications and to Occupational Therapists in professional journals. Most of our business comes through Occupational Therapists - either ones we have dealt with before, or through others (including private purchasing individuals) who have had us recommended to them. Our aim is to satisfy all of our customers so that they will come back.
We are able to bring demonstration equipment to potential users to actually try in order to help establish suitability through assessment and consultation.
