Our clients are both Healthcare Professionals, Charities and Private Individuals and Families. We will not sell something that does not do the job, and we will not run away from something if it is not right. We advertise directly to end user's in condition specific publications and to Occupational Therapists in professional journals. Most of our business comes through Occupational Therapists - either ones we have dealt with before, or through others (including private purchasing individuals) who have had us recommended to them. Our aim is to satisfy all of our customers so that they will come back.
