The Recovery Method is geared towards providing educational resources and a centralized platform for postpartum women to seek care. From informational handouts to database of care centers, a new mama can find the right tools for her postpartum journey right under her fingertips. Our mission is to advocate for an interdisciplinary approach to ensure that mothers receive comprehensive postpartum care in and out of the hospital. Through the power of education, we empower mothers to take recovery into their own hands and share their story about the obstacles of navigating this motherhood journey.
